I have being playing music since the mid 80’s.
I specialize in playing RnB, Soul, Hip Hop, Slo jams, and Old skool. My main vibe is a party vibe and tends not to go into a straight specialist music market, ie. one off music types. This gives me versatility and potential of any booking within my music range.
One thing i never lose site of is the actual reason why i'am there!!! Which is to play music for the audience (A good DJ should never forget this) The audience is the most important thing in a rave. If their not happy then they wont come back. Entertainment value is a must.
Another important aspect when DJing is to create a good vibe. A lot of DJ’s i play with forget this and end up playing for themselves. This usually creates a boring environment and unhappy punters. On the other hand It is good to see a dj spinning and he/she feeling the music as well playing it. This then echoes a good feeling to the punters.
For the future i will keep spinning and pumping those beats, continue playing in those parties, clubs, private functions, and self promoted functions. Continue playing my style of music keeping the punters and audiences happy.
